From Innovate Aesthetics to Aesthetic Resource Group: The Story Behind Our Rebrand

There is a coffee shop that started all of this. Two people, one laptop, and a very clear belief that the wellness and aesthetic industry deserved better marketing support. No big office. No large team. Just a genuine understanding of the industry, a lot of care for the people in it, and the drive to build something from the ground up.
That was how Innovate Aesthetics began.
Today, we are proud to introduce Aesthetic Resource Group, our new name, and the next chapter of everything we have worked to build.
Why the Name Had to Change
Innovate Aesthetics served us well. It was honest about who we were and what we did in those early years. We worked primarily with med spas and aesthetic practices, and the name reflected that focus. But over time, our client base grew to include wellness groups and hospitality brands across the country. Our capabilities expanded well beyond where they started. And it became clear that the name we had outgrown no longer told the full story.
Aesthetic Resource Group does.
The word resource is intentional. We are not just a marketing agency. We are a comprehensive partner for businesses in the wellness, aesthetic, and hospitality industries, providing strategy, branding, technology, content, and direct consulting at every stage of growth. The word group reflects both the depth of our team and the breadth of the industries we serve, all connected under one roof, working toward one goal for each client.
How We Got Here
When we talk about growth, we do not mean it in the abstract. We mean the very real, very tangible process of building a team and expanding what we are able to offer the people who trust us with their business.
We went from two people to a full team that includes web developers, app developers, a commercial multimedia production team, SEO specialists, content writers, and practice consultants. That last addition matters a great deal to us. Our consultants work directly with aesthetic practices, wellness groups, and hospitality businesses, whether they are opening their doors for the first time and need a strong launch strategy, or they have been operating for years and need a clear path to drive more revenue and reach more clients.
This growth was not accidental. It was a direct response to what our clients were asking for and what we saw the industry genuinely needing.
